Ships from Montreal, QC, Canada. Buyer pays for shipping, which includes $1 CAD packing fee.

Buyers within Canada will be charged GST or HST, which varies by province (provincial sales tax won't be charged, however!).
Shipping rates within Canada vary from region to region.
1 LP (light vinyl, packaged weight below 500 g): $13 on average
2 LPs (packaged weight between 500 g and 1 kg): $14.50 on average
1 LP (light vinyl, packaged weight below 500 g): $12 airmail
2 LPs (packaged weight between 500 g and 1 kg*): $17.50 airmail
Rest of World (starting rates):
1 LP (packaged weight below 500 g): $20.50 Airmail shipping / 2-3 weeks delivery
2 LPs (packaged weight between 500 g and 1 kg): $43 Airmail shipping / 2-3 weeks for delivery
International buyers: We can also offer a cheaper international shipping method with Canada Post's Surface Mail option. Please note that this method is less dependable, and some items may take up to 12 weeks to be delivered with this method. For destinations further afield it may take up to 18 weeks.
Buyer is solely responsible for any import taxation imposed by customs.

- Return Policy
We do want you to be satisfied with your purchase! If you receive a defective copy please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and state the nature of the defect. All copies come factory sealed and are unplayed.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We recommend the use of a trackable shipping service for all returns. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
